The award recognizes those who have achieved a measurable positive impact and showcases the power of facilitation to transform organizations.

Created by IAF members Jeffer London and Bess Stonehouse, along with artisan David Franchineau, this limited edition award is handmade in France and inspired by the kinetic art of Alexander Calder and the colours of the IAF regions.  The icon illustrates the art and science of facilitation to balance issues, create connections, and navigate dynamic challenges.
