Connection

We recognize our human need to be connected to others and strive to meet this need by fostering a sense of belonging for all individuals in the workplace.  We intentionally build organizational cultures to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive where are differences are valued not just accepted..

Curiosity

We believe that we achieve excellent results in our work by setting direction, measuring results, and striving for continual growth. We are open to learning more about ourselves, our people, and our work and improving each day. We meet people (and organizations) where they are at and go from there together.

Courage

We know that courage isn’t a personality trait; it can be learned. Courage is a muscle that is strengthened through practice. We embrace vulnerability, discomfort, risk, failure, fears, and change and - at the same time - forge ahead to do achieve a positive future. But we can’t do this hard work alone…we do it in community.

Our Values
